What we collect

Contact details, vehicle details, repair descriptions, optional photographs, assessment preferences, insurance context, consent timestamps and limited campaign attribution.

Why we use it

To respond to your request, assess repair work, schedule an assessment, keep a workshop record and—only where separately agreed—send marketing.

Who receives it

Authorised workshop staff and enabled delivery providers. Private vehicle photos and claim details are not sent to broad Telegram groups. Provider failures are logged without message bodies or file URLs.

Retention and rights

The owner must publish the final retention periods, controller identity, privacy contact, lawful bases and the process for access, correction, export and deletion before launch.
